The Biolizard is easily one of the most impressive villains in the entire series. Most final bosses struggle against one Super at the absolute prime and height of their power, but even with his life support destroyed and his body practically self-destructing, this absolute MONSTER managed to fight off TWO Supers and forced one of them to sacrifice themselves to halt his plan.

...Ahem. Also, very nice drawing. The shading on the scales is really something else!
